Stress can be a debilitating pressure that we sometimes just find too hard to manage. We offer the chance to look at how the stress in your life is affecting you and give you the tools in order to manage it more effectively.

A six week course that can be carried out face to face, over the telephone or the internet is available to cover all aspects of the stress that may be in your life. We can also visit you with our workshops and seminar presentations about stress if you have a group 'who you feel it may be of benefit to.
